James Cavanagh

Redefining Resilience. Resetting Inclusion.

Global keynote speaker and creator of the RAWlife Neurocoherence™ Ecosystem — a research-aligned, lived-experience-informed set of frameworks transforming how we understand resilience, executive function, and neuroinclusion across education, workplaces, and society. His work guides individuals, schools, and systems from chronic mismatch to authentic coherence, agency, and sustainable change.

I’ve lived on both sides of the system — as an educator, counsellor, school leader, and as someone navigating ADHD, autism, and dyslexia. That vantage point taught me something the system still struggles to grasp: resilience, executive function, and emotional intelligence are not add-ons. They are the foundation of learning, behaviour, connection, and wellbeing.

They determine how we engage with the world, how we access opportunity, and how we thrive.
